Easy Baking Recipes, Gingersnaps

5 tablespoon butter, room temperature
1/2 cup honey
2 medium eggs
1/4 cup molasses
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 12 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Combine butter and honey in a mixer on med low speed. Add eggs, molasses, and vinegar. Slowly add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and bake in the 325°F oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack.
