Easy Baking Recipes, Granola

Granola
4 tablespoon butter; room temperature
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup molasses
11/4 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Press into baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes.
Let cool completely, then store in an air tight container.
Serve with milk, as a cereal or with yogurt or ice cream.
