Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
16 oz powdered sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
Butter an 8" x 8" square pan.
Melt butter in a medium to large sauce pan.
Add milk and vanilla and remove from heat.
Mix together the powdered sugar salt and baking cocoa. Gradually add to the milk/butter mixture and stir until well blended.
Stir in peanut butter. Mix well.
Press into prepared pan. Cool in the refrigerator a few hours before cutting into squares.
Yield: 16 good size pieces
