Here is what he made this week:
Scrambled Eggs with Cheese
Crack however many eggs you want into a bowl.
Scramble the eggs and add milk.
Put your frying pan on medium to low heat and melt some butter in the pan to prevent sticking.
Pour egg mixture into the pan (you may need to lower the heat a little, you do not want these eggs to cook fast). Put cheese pieces on top of egg mixture.
Cook slowly, stirring as needed. Be careful not to over cook.
We like to use a variety of cheeses, sometimes 2 or 3 different kinds at a time.

Mouth-watering as always! This is my kind of comfort food. I can eat breakfast any time of day.
ReplyDeleteI agree, Lord Wellbourne. Sometimes pancakes are the dinner of choice around here!
ReplyDeleteI thought mine was the only household that considered pancakes, hotcakes, or flapjacks as appropriate dinner entrees! Dinner and dessert (when berries or other fruits are added) all at the same time on one plate! How green is that?
ReplyDeleteLess clean up.....love it!
ReplyDeleteI remember this dish when growing up. Loved it!
ReplyDeleteWe had our own chickens too!
Hi Retired... Don't you just love having chickens?! Nothing beats fresh eggs!
