So simple, yet so yummy!!
Apple Cider Mashed Sweet Potato
1 large sweet potato
2 large white potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup apple cider
1/3 cup milk
Peel, chop and cook potatoes.
Drain, add butter, cider and milk.
Mash well. More milk can be used as desired.
