Herb Corn Bread

Herb Corn Bread

1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon dill; dried
1 tablespoon oregano; dried
1 heaping tablespoon honey
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons butter; melted
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8" x 8" pan.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.Herb Corn Bread Batter
Spread into prepared pan.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes.

Yield: 16 Pieces
