We love this muffin as a simple, easy to make muffin. We sometimes dip them into a bowl of maple syrup, or serve them with home-made jam.

Thanks for this easy recipe! I'm writing it down and going to make it today. :) Can't get any better than this...one question...have you ever put fruit in this recipe? Like cranberry or blueberry?
ReplyDeleteNancy, What a easy and basic recipe. Thank you for sharing. I made pop overs a few weeks ago, I could not believe how easy they were. I remember eating them when I was younger, but I don't remember making them. My nieces gobbled them up. When I visit them next time, I will make your muffin recipe for them. Thanks. Emily
ReplyDeleteI hope you both enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI haven't put fruit in them, but I am sure it they would be very good that way.
Emily, I am glad the pop overs came out well. The first time I made them I was surprised how easy they were, I always thought pop overs were a hard thing to make!
