Brownies


Brownies:

½ cup butter (1 stick); melted
½ cup honey
2 eggs
½ cup flour
1/3 cup baking cocoa
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup walnuts; chopped, (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease an 8 x 8 pan.

Combine melted butter, honey and eggs in a bowl and mix well.

Combine the rest of the ingredients and stir until blended.

Pour batter into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
