Pumpkin Bread #2 Possibly even better than before!
1 ¾ cups white whole wheat flour, or all purpose flour
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cloves
1/3 cup oil
1/8 cup maple syrup
1 cup canned pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350oF.
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Combine flour and honey in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add rest of dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
